The name is the method

A clear line from where you stand to where your project needs to get.

That is what a sightline is, and it is how we want every client to feel about working with us. You can see the path, you know the cost, and you know who is walking it with you.

Where we come from

THE STORY

Sightline was founded by the team behind T&S Traffic Control, one of Sydney’s established traffic control operators. Years of setting up other people’s plans at 4am taught us what most consultancies learn second-hand: a plan is only as good as its worst assumption.

A haulage route that ignores a school zone. A work zone that can’t fit the crane. A TGS that looks right on paper and fails at the kerb. None of those are drafting errors. They’re the gap between the desk and the road, and Sightline exists to close it.

The logo is two lanes converging on a vanishing point, drawn in forest green and brass. A literal sightline.

What we stand for

THE TEST

Written to be read

A report isn’t a deliverable because it’s long. It’s a deliverable because the assessing officer finds their questions answered, in order, with the evidence attached. We edit until that’s true.

Designed to standard

Conformity is demonstrated, not claimed. Every drawing carries its references, every number its unit and source. When a design departs from the standard, we say so and show why.

Engineering, not equipment

We don’t sell traffic controllers, signage or gear, so the fee never depends on the answer getting bigger. Referrals to T&S Traffic Control are disclosed every time, and the choice is always yours.
