What we collect

When you contact us or request a fee proposal we collect what you give us: your name, company, email, phone number, project address, the documents you attach, and the content of your message. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which collects usage data via cookies.

Why we collect it

To scope and price your work, to deliver the engagement, and to respond to your questions. Plans and documents you upload are used for scoping and delivery only.

What we never do

  • We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
  • We do not share your plans or project documents with third parties, except as required to deliver the engagement (for example, lodgement with a council or TfNSW at your direction).
  • We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

Storage and security

Enquiries and documents are stored with reputable cloud providers with access limited to Sightline staff. If we become aware of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected people and the OAIC as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.

Access and correction

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing plans@sightlinetraffic.com.au. We respond within a reasonable time, usually within one business day.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to contact us or receive a proposal.
